Happy New Year! As per usual MarionCC started the year with our staff Christmas lunch. After the hustle and bustle of Christmas we relaxed over a long lunch sharing our festive season highlights with each other. Elaine and her husband joined in, updating us on their busier lives now that Elaine is working full-time. It's always lovely to catch up outside of work...great company as always :-)

Before we know it Isla will be back at university studying her second year of Paramedicine. Isla was pleased to pass all of her exams including a couple of tricky practicals which enabled her to return home for her brother’s birthday in late November (instead of having to re-sit an exam!). You've probably all met Isla by now as she picked up the extra hours over summer after Elaine's departure in October.

MarionCC is now looking for a new Chiropractic Assistant who is interested in 12-15 hours per week and has a little bit of flexibility. If you can think of anyone who would be suitable please let us know! Word of mouth introductions are usually preferable to an unknown person that comes from advertising. We're hoping to find someone suitable by the end of January so they can be trained up well before Isla returns to study later in February.

Tracey will be heading back to Sydney for a few days in early February to celebrate her parents 60th Wedding Anniversary! Dr Lydia will be working through Chinese New Year in late January (with plans to take time off in April) so we’ll mostly be business as usual to start the year. We look forward to taking care of you and our community in 2025.
